Support for collaborative reflection in healthcare: Comparing two workplaces

Reflection is a frequent and integral part of daily work, and often it is done by multiple actors in meetings or during joint work. Its support, however, has mainly been investigated with respect to educational settings or individual reflection processes. This paper describes a framework for the support of collaborative reflection at work and a study on its implementation at two workplaces in healthcare. Results of the study show which means of supporting collaborative reflection can be beneficial in practice and that we need to understand this support as a socio-technical task.
